Cancellation/REfund Policy

Cancellation PolicyAny session canceled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time will be considered a completed session and will be charged in full at the applicable session rate. Clients and/or parents are responsible for payment for the time that was reserved, regardless of whether the athlete is ultimately able to attend.
Because training times, field space, and coaching availability are reserved in advance, last-minute cancellations prevent us from offering that time to another athlete. This policy allows us to maintain a consistent and fair scheduling structure for all clients.
Each client is permitted one emergency cancellation per calendar year. An emergency cancellation may include unexpected illness, injury, severe weather, or a family emergency and must be communicated as soon as reasonably possible. If an emergency cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled session, the client will not receive a refund, credit, or reduction in the session or package fee. However, the session will not be forfeited and may be rescheduled. This emergency allowance provides one exception per calendar year to the standard cancellation policy. Refund & Session Package PolicyAll purchases and scheduled sessions are non-refundable. Once a session or session package has been purchased or scheduled, payment is considered committed to the reserved training time.
All session packages are valid for one year from the original purchase date. All sessions included in a package must be scheduled and completed within one year of the purchase date. Any sessions remaining after the one-year expiration date will automatically expire and will no longer be eligible for use, credit, transfer, refund, or reimbursement.
Clients are responsible for scheduling and attending all sessions included in their package within the applicable one-year period. Unused or expired sessions will not be carried over or credited toward future purchases unless otherwise approved by Drive Lacrosse Academy at its sole discretion.
